2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURATE INFORMATION
Clients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate information.
You agree not to knowingly provide false, altered, fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete documents or information.
You are responsible for reviewing information associated with your tax return before authorizing filing.
Flash Kash Tax Services may request additional documentation when necessary to satisfy tax-preparation requirements, due-diligence obligations, identity verification, or applicable law.
We reserve the right to delay or decline preparation or filing when required documentation is missing, inconsistent, unverifiable, or raises compliance concerns.
3. TAX ESTIMATES
Any tax estimate provided before completion and final review of a tax return is an estimate only.
Estimated refund amounts may change after:
- Complete documentation is received
- Income is verified
- Dependents are verified
- Credits or deductions are reviewed
- Prior tax obligations are identified
- IRS or state offsets are applied
- Additional tax documents are discovered
- Due-diligence requirements are completed
- The final return is prepared
An estimate does not guarantee a particular refund amount.
4. TAX REFUNDS
Flash Kash Tax Services does not guarantee:
- That a taxpayer will receive a refund
- A particular refund amount
- An IRS or state processing date
- Approval of a tax credit or deduction
- Approval of a refund advance or other financial product
Refunds are ultimately subject to applicable federal and state tax rules and processing by the appropriate taxing authority.
Tax refunds may also be reduced or intercepted because of debts, offsets, prior tax liabilities, child support obligations, government debts, or other circumstances outside Flash Kash Tax Services’ control.
5. REFUND ADVANCES AND BANK PRODUCTS
When available, refund advances, refund-transfer products, or similar financial products may be offered through independent third-party financial institutions or service providers.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Flash Kash Tax Services does not independently determine approval for a third-party bank product unless expressly stated otherwise. Eligibility, approval, funding amount, timing, fees, and other terms are determined according to the applicable provider’s requirements.
A tax refund and a refund advance are not the same thing.
6. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the return, forms required, services requested, and other applicable factors.
Any estimate of preparation fees provided before reviewing all necessary documents may be subject to change.
Certain services may require deposits, consultation fees, preparation fees, processing fees, or other disclosed charges.
Applicable fees and payment arrangements will be communicated in connection with the relevant service.
Third-party bank or processing fees may be governed by separate agreements and disclosures provided by the applicable provider.
7. DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
Clients are responsible for submitting requested documentation in a timely manner.
Required documents may include identification, Social Security or taxpayer identification information, income documents, prior-year tax information, dependent documentation, business records, IRS correspondence, or other information reasonably necessary to prepare a return.
Submission of documents does not automatically mean that a return is complete, approved, or ready to file.
Additional information may be requested at any point during preparation.
8. APPOINTMENTS
Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee completion or filing of a tax return during that appointment.
Clients should arrive or respond on time and provide requested documentation.
Flash Kash Tax Services may reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.
Clients who need to reschedule should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your email address or telephone number, you authorize Flash Kash Tax Services to use the information to communicate with you regarding inquiries, appointments, documents, services, account matters, and other communications permitted by law.

10. TAXPAYER INFORMATION
Tax-return information is subject to applicable federal and state privacy requirements.
Where required, Flash Kash Tax Services will obtain separate authorization before using or disclosing tax-return information for a purpose that requires taxpayer consent.
